I am Roxanna, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and childbirth educator with over 7 years of experience in supporting postpartum, expectant and breastfeeding families and two years in private practice. My journey began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis in 2017 and has blossomed into a passion for nurturing new parents in the field of lactation. When I'm not consulting, you'll likely find me dancing, hiking, or enjoying a meal outdoors with my two children. My mission is to empower families to embrace their breastfeeding journey with confidence and joy, however that may look. My own breastfeeding journey with my first born fueled my desire of providing empathetic care during such a special time in life.

Childbirth Education
Join me for comprehensive childbirth education that equips you with knowledge and confidence as you prepare for your new arrival. Whether you prefer the intimacy of one-on-one home sessions or the camaraderie of a virtual group setting, I tailor my classes to suit your needs. Learn about labor, delivery, and postnatal care in a supportive environment where your questions are encouraged.
Support Rates
I offer personalized lactation consulting services tailored to meet the needs of each family. My rates start at $165, and I gladly accept cash and electronic payments. For clients verified through TLN the lactation network, PPO insurance is also welcome. My work with the Melanin Milk SD Collective allows me to offer lactation support to BIPOC and low-income families at a reduced cost starting at $25, with funding from SDBFC Foundation. I'm here to help you navigate your lactation journey with care and compassion.
